Booth Space Selection Process

Booth space for TCT 2022 can be selected in the following ways:

Priority Points Booth Selection:

If you are interested in selecting your TCT 2022 exhibit space prior to General Booth Sales you must submit your booth space contract with full payment by Friday, May 13th. Once your points are calculated upon contract submission, you will receive a customized link to the floorplan with a time to select your booth space virtually. The Industry Team will be able to assist you with this process on the date and time of your appointment. We recommend selecting your booth at the specific date and time if you wish to reserve a particular space as we cannot guarantee availability should you not be available to select during this time.

Alternatively, CRF gives exhibitors the option to select their space through General Booth Sales.

General Booth Sales:

Industry Partners who do not wish to take part in the Priority Points Booth Selection process can book a booth directly from our website starting on Tuesday, May 24th. Please note that all spaces will be selected on a first come, first serve basis and full payment must be submitted at the time of you contract submission.

Exhibiting companies in the Book Publishers, Societies, and Nonprofits area will need to select their spaces during General Booth sales.

Exhibiting companies that secure an exhibit booth through a trade agreement with CRF will be assigned a space upon trade agreement completion.
