All sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

The Sponsorship Letter of Agreement (LOA) is a binding contract when submitted to CRF. CRF will review and approve all requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting companies will receive an email outlining the secured opportunities within 48-72 hours. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by CRF and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally binding on all parties affected by them as the original regulations. Important
