Official Meeting Rooms – Convention Center

Official Meeting Room Request

Companies may request official meeting rooms on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.

CRF will offer a number of private rooms at the Boston Convention & Exhibit Center (BCEC) for companies to conduct investigator meetings, internal meetings, board meetings, etc. Meeting space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Blackout times will not be enforced for these meetings - companies may conduct meetings during official conference hours:

• Saturday, September 17, 2022 - 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Sunday, September 18, 2022 - 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Monday, September 19, 2022 - 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

The fee is $75,000 and includes access to the meeting room (approximately 1,000 square feet) for the three main conference days (Saturday-Monday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM).

Any direct costs associated with the function (e.g. food, beverage, audiovisual equipment, and labor) are the responsibility of the activity sponsor.
