TCT 2022 Industry

Overview

Any activity, event, or meeting held during the TCT 2022 conference that is targeted toward or includes any participants of TCT is considered an affiliated activity and must be approved by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF), the official sponsor of TCT.  Companies will have three options for conducting meetings during TCT.

If you wish to conduct an affiliate meeting during official TCT Conference Hours, you must do so through Conference Suites or Official Meeting Rooms, which are located in the Boston Conference & Exhibit Center (BCEC).   Official Meeting Hours are as follows:

  • Saturday, September 17, 2022: 6:30 AM-8:00 PM
  • Sunday, September 18, 2022: 6:30 AM-8:00 PM
  • Monday, September 19, 2022: 6:30 AM-6:00 PM

If your meeting will be taking place outside TCT Conference Hours, an application for an affiliate request must be completed.  

    Conference Suites

    Conference suites are located on the exhibit hall floor and are available in two sizes:  10x20 and 20x20.  Meetings taking place in conference suites must be conducted during official TCT Hours.  

      Official Meeting Rooms - Convention Center

      CRF will offer a number of private official meeting rooms at the Boston Conference and Exhibit Center (BCEC) for companies to conduct investigator meetings, internal meetings, board meetings, etc. Meeting space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Blackout times will not be enforced for these meetings - companies may conduct meetings during official conference hours.

      Affiliate Meeting - Hotels

      Companies may conduct affiliated meetings at our official meeting rooms (Omni or Westin) or any other hotel upon approval of the application. Once approval is granted, the organization must works directly with the hotel/venue to make arrangements pertaining to the proposed meeting. All costs associated with the function (e.g., room rental, food, beverage, audiovisual equipment, and labor) are the responsibility of the affiliated activity sponsor.

      Meeting Blackout Times

      Affiliated activities may not be held during the following times (times are subject to change):

      • Saturday, September 17, 2022:  6:30 AM-8:00 PM
      • Sunday, September 18, 2022: 6:30 AM-8:00 PM
      • Monday, September 19, 2022: 6:30 AM-6:00 PM
