World Connect Satellite Programs

World Connect Satellite Programs (standard slots) will be presented to an in-person audience, while simultaneously being broadcast live to a worldwide audience on the TCT platform and will be available on-demand for three months post-conference. The in-person studio consists of a viewing area, accommodating up to 100 attendees.  World Connect will be free and accessible to the global audience.

The application fee is $70,000 and includes:

• Meeting space and room setup (which cannot be altered)
• Producing and broadcasting the live session
• Three (3) months of on-demand viewing on the TCT Platform
• Two (2) session scanners - supporter is responsible for managing registration onsite
• Two (2) Industry Professional Full Access badges
• Promotion/Marketing
  • One-time use of the TCT preregistration list, provided electronically 30 days pre-conference the week of August 22, 2022
  • One-time use of the TCT final registration list, provided electronically 30 days post-conference the week of October 26, 2022
  • Session listing on the conference website, conference app, and e-blasts promoting all satellite programs

Any further marketing efforts, as well as any faculty expenditures, such as honoraria, hotel, and/or travel, are the responsibility of the sponsoring company. All faculty are required to participate in person as virtual participation is not permitted.  Catering cannot be ordered for these programs.

Each time slot has one session available, and each session is preceded by a 15-minute check-in.  

The World Connect Premium Lunch Satellites will be presented to an in-person audience, while simultaneously being broadcasted live to a worldwide audience on the TCT platform and will be available on-demand for three months after the conference. The in-person studio consists of a viewing area, accommodating up to 100 attendees. This is a premium opportunity for satellite supporters to provide lunch to their attendees. This is highly encouraged as meals consistently boost attendance.

The application fee is $80,000 and includes:

• Meeting space and room setup (which cannot be altered)
• Producing and broadcasting the live session
• Three (3) months of on-demand viewing
• Two (2) session scanners - supporter is responsible for managing registration onsite
• Standard catering package
• Two (2) Industry Professional Full Access badges
• Promotion/Marketing
  • One-time use of the TCT preregistration list, provided electronically 30 days pre-conference the week of August 22, 2022
  • One-time use of the TCT final registration list, provided electronically 30 days post-conference the week of October 26, 2022
